A Typical Day At Little Cherubs Nursery
The nursery opens at 8:00am, and our team of friendly staff are ready to welcome your child into the nursery.
Structured activities are set up to keep children occupied until breakfast time, and the nursery is made to feel as homely and comfortable as possible. Children are then split into their key-worker groups, ready to take part in a variety of fun-packed activities; these may include anything from sand and water to cooking, story and circle-time, outdoor play or creative activities. (All age groups have set routines to guide them through the nursery day).
Lunch is served between 11:30am and 12 noon; staff sit with the children to encourage social skills at mealtimes. Our chef prepares fresh food to menu guidelines provided by an expert nutritionist who specialises in the dietary requirement of pre-school children. Our day care nursery menus are both fun and seasonal to continually simulate the children's imaginations. Fresh drinking water is readily available to children at all times of the day.

Following lunch the children have quiet activities, and for those little ones who need a nap, the children have their own individual sleep mats in a quiet dedicated room. Children join their key-workers for afternoon activities, which have been carefully planned in order to give your child a varied and interesting day.
After the children have sat down to tea, further fun structured activities and outdoor activities are provided to keep your child busy until home time. The Famly App keep you informed on what activities your child has taken part in and what they have had to eat and drink throughout the day.
